SNOWGUM Vigloo 4 Person Tent (RRP $349)
The Vigloo is designed as a spacious, sturdy, easy-to-set-up four person tent that's ideal for leaders. Luxuriously roomy for two adults on stretchers and big enough for four 600mm camp mats, the Vigloo is bigger than most four person dome tents available.

Fly: 68D 210T Ripstop Polyester with 3 pass polyurethane waterproof coating Waterhead: 2000mm. Floor: Heavy Duty 220 gsm woven PE floor. Inner: 68D 190T breathable polyester
Dimensions
Inside Floor Area - 2.4m long x 2.4m wide x 1.8m high (+ 1.1m outside vestibule). Super roomy for 3 as you can see in these pics, but also no problem fitting 4 Scouts in here - on mats (not stretchers) or 2 adults and 2 kids.
Packed Dimensions: 62cm x 20cm x 20cm
Poles: 9.5mm fibreglass (note the alloy connector pieces have some marks on them, we wanted to avoid a chemical spray process which used a pollutant but did not actually enhance the performance of the pole, it just cleaned the appearance. Also, the front poles are pink - this was a factory error and it was either ship 'em pink or don't ship 'em at all. So we decided to accept this. Again, it has no impact on performance of the pole)
Pegs (14g each): 17 x Snowgum alloy hex pegs

This tent MUST HAVE ALL 6 GUY ROPES PEGGED OUT securely in windy conditions. IE at Elmore Jamboree we had wind gusts of 40-50km and most poles broke because pegs pulled out - the ground is so hard, it is difficult to securely peg out any tent. If you don't peg it out and it gets windy, which it will at a site like that, all your poles will break. ALSO you MUST attach the fly to the poles...! When all else fails read the instructions we have included with your tent. They are stitched into the tent bag so you can never lose them...
