Get your list of names and titles together BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER.  Then place your order for the QTY of name bars that you require.  Once the order has been paid for we will email you a form to fill in with all the details.

Orders placed that have not had their completed form sent back in 14 days will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

**Any other items placed on the order with your name badge will be delivered with your name bar.  If you require other items dispatched straight away please place a separate order for those items**

Line 1 will be formatted BOLD - UPPER CASE - BLACK TEXT

Lines 2, 3, 4 will be Not Bold - Upper/Lower Case - Black Text
