Fellowship Shirt Badge
Scout Fellowships allow Adult Members who may not want an active Leadership role in Scouts to participate or help out on events or in specific pursuits of interest to them, for example a Rover Scout who has been 'booted' may not want to become a Leader just yet but may want to help run activities at a Branch, District or Group event. Another common option is where a group of like-minded Adult members of Scouting choose to facilitate a specific activity for the benefit of youth and other adults (e.g. Gang Show).
It is also for former Adult Members who may wish to support, remain involved and be kept informed about functions and events.
Membership requirements and the construct of Scout Fellowships vary from Branch to Branch - so for more information contact your Branch Scout Fellowship Coordinator.
This is the official new emblem for Scout Fellowships throughout Australia.
There is no national fellowship scarf as each Branch manages this differently, some Branches affix this fellowship badge to their Branch scarf.
The badge is woven, backed and overlocked and is 58mm (h) x 45mm (w)
This badge is worn on the Right Sleeve in the place of the District badge in some Branches.
This badge is also used on the new scarves
