It only needs one AAA battery (included) to do its magic, and the resulting light is uniform and streak-free thanks to a textured reflector.

To prevent accidentally losing the battery, the end is closed with a screw instead of a twisting end. The LED never needs to be replaced, and you can control all five of its modes with the touch of a button.
