The Cloudburst waterproof overpants are made of the same three-layer fabric as our Cloudburst raincoat; a durable, slightly stretchy, polyester outer, a highly waterproof and breathable VaporTEC membrane, and a protective mesh inner. Combined, these layers balance waterproofness and breathability - essential if you're wearing them skiing, bushwalking or, well, moving!
