Scout Adventurous Journey Badge

This achievement badge may only be purchased by an Adult Leader or Authorised Unit Representative.

The Adventurous Journey badge is presented to youth members who have planned and led an Adventurous Journey. The Adventurous Journey should challenge a youth member to apply many of the skills they've built during their time in their current section, and allow them to experience a unique outdoor adventure with friends.

Youth members who attend an Adventurous Journey, but aren't the lead, should not wear this badge, but may be recognised for their participation towards their Milestones and may have developed in the Outdoor Adventure Skills as well.

This badge is only worn in the section it was presented.

Youth Members currently wearing this badge in relation to the previous Unit Management course completion criteria should remove it from their uniform
