Australian Scout Award Souvenir Medallion

The Australian Scout Award is the highest award in the Scout Section.

This medallion is no longer officially presented to recipients of this award, as the cloth badge now replaces the former Australian Scout Medallion. This souvenir medallion, without a ribbon, is now offered in the new design in an antique silver and presented in a velvet presentation box with the new emblem printed in silver on the lid.

Some Branches continue to issue this medallion to recipients, for those who don't, it may be purchased by the Group, District or Region to give to recipients.

Peak Award Merchandise is only to be purchased for recipients of the award and may be purchased by Branch, Region, District, Group or even family members. Some items are traditionally purchased for awardee gifts, so make sure you discuss your purchase with the recipients Adult Section Leader to ensure there are no embarrassing double ups!
