This achievement badge may only be purchased by an Adult Leader or Authorised Unit Representative.

YOUTH PROGRAM UPSKILLING BADGES FOR LEADERS - CAMPAIGN AFCI*

These two adult milestone badges are for all Leaders who have completed elements of Youth Program training.

Program Milestone 1

This is the first of two badges. It is expected that all active Section Adult Leaders will complete this Program Milestone 1 badge. It is gained over a 4 to 6 month period of Youth Program training. The specific criteria to gain each of the two parts of the badge is determined by each Branch.

Program Milestone 2

Achievement of Milestone 2 involves a greater greater understanding of the Youth Program and may completed over a 4 to 6 month period. As with Milestone one, the specific criteria to achieve this level is determined by each Branch.

Each of the two badge parts is designed to resemble the milestone badges worn by youth members and are available only to leaders who have completed the upskilling required by their Branch regarding the Youth Program.

The badges are worn in the same location where youth members wear their Milestone Badges - the front right side of the uniform, centred, and above the line of the top of the pocket. Click the link to the Badge Placement Chart at the bottom of this web page to see the diagram.
