2019 Scarf Day Blanket Badge
On the 1st of August, Scouts around the world commemorate World Scout Day - the day the very first Scout camp, was held at Brownsea Island in 1907. This camp is widely seen as the start of the Scouting Movement. World Scout Day is also World Scout Scarf day, and members are invited to proudly wear their Scouting scarves to school, work or as they go about their daily routine, and show their community that Scouting is everywhere!
